Warranty and repair policy
Our pedals are guarenteed trouble-free for 2 years from original date of purchase to the original owner of the pedal. You are responsible to get the unit to us and we'll take care of the rest. In most cases, it will be repaired and shipped back out within 48 hours.
Beyond 24 months, we will provide repair or replacement service at our discretion to the original owner of the pedal for electronic malfunction and reasonable wear and tear.
